- CIC ProTM – Bedrock – Serial Number’s starting with “SCH“
- CIC ProTM – Bedrock – Serial Number’s starting with “JA“

Usage
- Bedrock (Versions 4x & 5x)
- Insert USB Drive into an open USB slot on running Bedrock CIC.
- From the CIC Setup screen, select the Service Password tab.
- At the C:\Program Files\Marquette\CIC\X.0.x> prompt, type “F:” and Enter
- In the Command prompt window type “1” and Enter.
- This will open a new window and then type “2” and Enter. This will launch the program.

- NOTE: Drive C: and E: are the Compact Flash.Select the Drive D: (Hard Drive) from the buttons under the Menu at the top.

- Verify the Health Status
- MP100 (Versions 5x & 6x), CARESCAPE Central Station V2 and CTS.
- At the C:\Program Files\Marquette\CIC\X.0.x> prompt, type “H:” and Enter
- In the Command prompt window type “1” and Enter.
- This will open a new window and then type “2” and Enter. This will launch the program.
- Select the Drive G: from the buttons under the Menu at the top.
- Verify the Health Status
