Remote Patient Monitoring Tech Support System (RPMTSS™)
The Clinical Technology Solutions Patient Monitoring Remote Tech Support System (PMRTSS) enables remote support for patient monitoring systems, providing customers with on-site level service without travel time, expenses, and delays. This self-contained system allows technicians to remotely diagnose, configure, assist, and train customers on their patient monitoring systems. Starting at $175 per hour during business hours with as little as a two hour minimum, the PMRTSS reduces the hourly support charge compared to onsite service.
The Patient Monitoring Repair and Technical Support System (PMRTSS) is a custom-designed system that contains all the equipment needed to provide on-site repair of your patient monitoring system. With the assistance of your biomedical technician to set up the equipment, we can connect remotely. Your biomed becomes our hands and feet for supporting your systems. Not only will your biomed learn the patient monitoring system while assisting us with servicing it, but they will also become comfortable servicing the systems independently.
The PMRTSS provides on-demand support at a much lower cost than on-site support. However, having the PMRTSS maintained on-site offers the benefit of same-day assistance to resolve problems without having to call the OEM for support.
The PMRTSS can be shipped overnight via FedEx or UPS and leased on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis. Express shipping is available upon request.
