The Remote Telemetry Health Check / Tune-up is the same service and features as the On-site Telemetry Health Check / Telemetry Tune Up, but your Technicians are our hands and feet.
The Remote Telemetry Health Check and Tune-up features:

- No travel expenses (Travel time, hotel, mileage, etc.)
- Teaches Biomed Engineers the Telemetry infrastructure system
- Teaches Biomed Engineers the location of system components.
- Servers
- Splitter / Combiner boards
- Teaches Biomed Engineers Telemetry component troubleshooting
- Teaches Biomed Engineers Telemetry infrastructure repair
- A full system report at the end of the repair will be provided with the following”
- Antenna Infrastructure:
- Status of the entire system
- Repairs needed
- Receiver Status and Calibration
- All Transmitters Seen:
- Serial # and Asset Tracking #

With our Remoter Patient Monitoring Support System (RPMSS) and your Engineers, we provide you with the same level of repair and calibration of your system as if we were on site.
The System includes all the Support, Calibration, and Repair equipment for your Patient Monitoring Systems.
