CIC / Telemetry Server Utility

Supports the following Serial Numbered Equipment
  1. CARESCAPE Central Station V1 – MP100 – Serial Number starting with “SGJ“
  2. MP100R – Serial Number starting with “SEE“
  3. MP100D – Serial Number starting with “SDY“
  4. CIC ProTM  – Bedrock – Serial Number starting with “SCH“
  5. CIC ProTM  – Bedrock – Serial Number starting with “JA“
 
Supports the following features
  1. CIC Hard Drive Status
    1. CIC Hard Drive Hours
      1. Power on Count
      2. Power on Hours
  2. Network IP Scan
  3. IP Tools for testing
  4. Screen Capture Utility ( to send screen shots to support)
  5. Backup Options:
    1. Copy CIC Backup to USB Drive
    2. Copy Log Files off of CIC to USB
    3. Change Time on CIC
 
Usage
      1. Insert USB Drive into an open USB slot on running Bedrock CIC.
      2. From the CIC Setup screen, select the Service Password tab.
      3. At the C:\Program Files\Marquette\CIC\X.0.x> prompt, type  “F:” and Enter
      4. In the Command prompt window type “menu” and Enter.
      5. This will open a new window and then type “2” and Enter. This will launch the program.
      6. Select the Drive D: (Hard Drive) from the buttons under the Menu at the top.
      7.  NOTE: Drive C: and E: are the Compact Flash. Bedrock (Versions 4x & 5x)Verify the Health Status
        1. MP100 (Versions 5x & 6x), CARESCAPE Central Station V2 and CTS.​​
          1. Insert USB Drive into an open USB slot on running Bedrock CIC.
          2. From the CIC Setup screen, select the Service Password tab.
          3. At the C:\Program Files\Marquette\CIC\5.0.x> prompt, type  “H:” and Enter
          4. In the Command prompt window type “menu” and Enter.
          5. This will open a new window and then type “2” and Enter. This will launch the program.
          6. Select the Drive G: from the buttons under the Menu at the top.
          7. Verify the Health Status
          8. Record the power on Hours in the spreadsheet if applicable.
